I've got some users, including my own laptop, where upon a VPN attempt using the thick client, stalls at 98% then wont connect. (windows 10) Rebooted, powered off, uninstalled, reinstalled. Upgraded firmware on fortinets (was on 5.2, still happens on 5.4.8) different ISPs, tethered phone, all same problems.
